The kind of pusedo-intellectual reference thwt no one would bother to chase down, because why would you waste your time whether you agreed with that gibberish or not. I read that post which seemed to have no point beyond pimping his book on the children of dictators, which I'd guess the point of as being "they're just folks like us".
